Initiate a Return Request
Contact our technical support team via the online portal with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Hardware Packaging
Carefully pack your gaming beast in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent any structural or component damage during transit.
Ship to Our Tech Lab
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Processing
Once received, our engineers will perform a full diagnostic check to verify components before processing your full refund or shipping out your upgraded replacement unit.
